fun, awesome art, interesting game play, and addicting as hell. just really fricken great.

Really fun to play, smooth controls and when you get hit it feels like it's your own fault and not the game being unfair. I especially like the placement of the firing button on the keyboard.

Having a jet pack as a mechanic almost immediately makes a game better in my opinion, and the scaling difficulty was all well and good for the first three levels. But by level four, I'd stopped using the jet pack altogether and just ran across the bottom firing my shotgun wildly. It's a great concept of a game, but I'd like it a bit more if the jet pack was more important in later levels. I did have fun playing it.

I enjoy how the song begins with a slow yet building theme. Hopelessness is felt. Then renewed vigor, the vigor slowly turns to fever and eventually ends. It's like listening to a battle where a man is convinced he will lose, but will try to the end anyway. It is an enjoyable thing to hear.
